Three Web Design reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms with no prior notice.

Right of Refusal

Three Web Design and Ronald B Stamets reserves the right to refuse to or provide service to anyone for any reason. In general we do not provide any services to purveyors of porn, adult content or venues of information not deemed "G" rated by Three Web Design and Ronald B Stamets. Ronald B Stamets reserves the right to accept or refuse any request for services or products.

Third Party Services

Some products and services offered through Three Web Design are provided by parties not controlled or governed by the policies of Three Web Design or Ronald B Stamets. All policies regarding third party services and products are determined by the legal vendor/owner exclusively.

Payments

Payments made by check or online payments directly to Ronald B Stamets for products or services provided are governed by the terms of payment stated for each product or service. Services and products provided by third party suppliers, like domain registration, hosting etc., which are not billed directly by Ronald B Stamets, are regulated solely by the terms specified by the service, or product provider.

Refunds/Returns

In order for a refund to be issued, a written request for a refund must be made within 3 days of receipt of the service or product. Only services or products purchased DIRECTLY from Ronald B Stamets and made payable to Ronald B Stamets, will be considered for a refund or credit. Refunds from third party vendors are governed by the returns policy of the vendor supplying the service or product.
